Control is on LutronHomeworks QS + RTI. Centralized control of lighting, power loads, climate (heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning). There is a remote control. Electrical cabinet, control cabinet, control rack and communication systems (smart home) are located in the center of the apartment, in close proximity to each other, but at the same time completely hidden from the outside world. Full-fledged climate control is implemented for shields and racks. The apartment has a full supply and exhaust ventilation with humidification.
