Hi-tech House was founded on January 20, 2005, but the home automation and home theater business started in 2001. Then, being the head of the information technology and cable systems section of Team LLC, now the founder of Hi-tech House, Alexey Anisiforov participated in the design and implementation of SCS and DC.

A key partner is Lutron, a pioneer and now world leader in lighting control. Back in 1961, Lutron developed and patented the world's first dimmer. Lutron is trusted by: Bill Gates, George W. Bush, Donald Trump, Louis Vuitton and others.
The accuracy and detail of design is the main success factor. In this direction, Hi-tech House has its own evolution. The practice of implementation constantly makes adjustments to the composition and quality of design, there are new chapters and sections in the working drawings, helping to reduce possible errors to a minimum. In the course of implementation, all changes and additions are made in a timely manner to the working drawings, which, upon completion, turn into as-built documentation, which is essential for scheduled maintenance and repair work. Detailed specification - design result - makes it easy to estimate the cost of both the engineering systems themselves and their automation section and implement the plan according to the estimate.
