One of the few objectswhere less than two years have passed from the moment the design was started to the full completion of all work with an area of more than 600 sq.m. Our partners - Architectural Studio "Roden" - completed the draft design and sections of the architecture and monolithic constructions. Designed by Anna Shemuratova. All LED backlight is dimmable, the light temperature was chosen empirically. Facade lighting design was carried out in parallel with tests on site. The main chandelier is serviced by an elevator that lowers it to the floor of the 1st floor - convenient for lamp replacement and cleaning. At the request of the customer, the wake-up call on weekdays is a switchable scenario, in which at 8:00 am blackout curtain rods and roller blinds open in the bedroom. All lights on the facade and the site, including the pool, are switched on for a specified period according to an astronomical timer, and can also be controlled by force from the control panels.
