The tasks of Hi-Tech House were to develop the following projects: power supply, lighting, including landscape lighting, lighting and power load control, heating control, audio distribution systems (multiroom), home theater in the living room, as well as supervise their implementation and carry out start-up adjustment. The production and assembly of the log house was carried out by Honka (Ukrainian representative office).
