It’s a very big house with a lot of things. Control is on LutronHomeworks QS + RTI. The house is conditionally divided into two zones: the personnel zone, the owner's zone. Although the house is not considered as the main residence, the approach to materials and engineering solutions is practical with high reliability and premium quality. The work at the time of the site update (January 2022) has not yet been completed, the parquet boards are being laid and the walls are being painted. Programming of the control system and its delivery to the customer is planned for the middle of the year. In addition to the popular centralized control of lighting, power loads, heating control is also implemented, including underfloor heating, access control to the owner's area, leakage protection, and the ability to control air conditioning is still an option. As with all other objects, the purpose of Hi-Tech House is to design and implement really necessary and useful management options.
